Shipping your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 to 3 days of receipt of payment, but this timeframe may vary depending on stock availability. At checkout, you can choose between two delivery methods: standard shipping via Post or express delivery via Courier.
Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. If you prefer delivery with specific requirements (such as signature required or additional services), please contact us before placing your order to check for extra costs.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage or transport costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns and replacements
If you wish to return an item or request a replacement, please contact our customer service exclusively by email. We will provide you with all the necessary instructions and the address where you can ship the goods back.
